First meal we had arrived in KL. The wanton noodle was cooked just nice. We also ordered a beancurd when seeing another table ordered. Tasted like a soya milk pudding. Its already sweetened but not too sweet. Nice and cold. It came with gula melaka syrup. The syrup was nice too but if you are not the sweet tooth type, recommend just take what you like to go with each mouth of pudding. The carrot cake has a wok hei taste. Very nice except maybe due to the chye poh, it gets saltier as we eat. As for the bolo bun, not to my preference. Tea was nice too. Tried the fish porridge, not much surprise. Regret stomach cannot take on anymore, if not, would like to try their egg tart as it looks nice. Hope to have a chance to come back to try one day.

Jordan HK Cafe is a non-halal Hong Kong style café located at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Lot 1.41.00, Level 1, Orange Zone). It draws you in with its nostalgic Hong Kong-café atmosphere—bright signs, classic HK snacks, roasted meats and rice dishes, polo buns, milk tea, etc. One of its highlights is the Jordan Char Siew Rice (aka “佐敦黯然销魂饭”): the char siew is tasty with nice layers of fat and lean, giving good flavour and juiciness. The polo buns are also well-received—fluffy, buttery, comforting. Prices are on the mid-to-upper side for café/Rice-house fare but many feel justified given the presentation, portion sizes, and ambience. Opening promos (when new) gave freebies like curry fish balls or drinks, which made early visits extra satisfying.

The ginger fish claypot rice tastes very good and was fragrant but the wanton noodles just too soft not chewy at all while the polo bun was dry.....5/10
